The following terms and conditions govern the manner in which Estudio 27 provides the services we offer. Such terms and conditions may vary from time to time without notice from Estudio 27.
The party on whose behalf the work is being conducted shall be referred to herein as "the client". The party who will carry out the client's work will be referred to as the "service provider". Estudio 27 as the service provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The term "material" refers to documents and/or information provided by the client to the service provider.
Before any work is conducted, the customer shall sign and deliver a physical service agreement. The service agreement will outline how the service and agreed-upon price will supersede any verbal agreement the parties may have previously reached. Should the customer's needs change, Estudio 27 reserves the right to adjust the original quote. Additional time to reach a service agreement may be required when certain unforeseen circumstances make it impossible to complete a service within the agreed time. In such an event, a new delivery date will be agreed upon by both parties before any service is processed. In the event that Estudio 27 is required to enter into communication with third parties, Estudio 27 must request prior approval from the client.
Unless otherwise specified in writing, delivery of the processed material will be made via e-mail to the customer. In the event that the client requests that the completed work be delivered to the client via postal mail or courier, the client will cover the costs related to its shipping and packaging, as well as any other related expenses. All electronic documents will be delivered to the customer via e-mail. With regard to the provision of service through the performance of such service at a specific place, date and time, the performance of the said service shall be in accordance with the respective service order prepared by us and accepted by the customer. In the event of any variation in the characteristics of the service contracted or to be contracted, the supplier may modify the service order and the client shall be obliged to meet the new technical and economic conditions.
Upon request, service reports may be provided to the client for the purpose of providing detailed information about the service for which we have been engaged. The client is responsible for reviewing the information and/or material processed at the time of delivery and, if applicable, for paying attention to any inquiries made in the service report. In the event that the material delivered contains errors or omissions attributable to Estudio 27, we will rectify them free of charge to the client, which will occur within a period of up to 7 days, without further liability for us.
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer will be billed no later than the end of the month in which the service has been provided and delivered. Payment shall be made, unless otherwise stated in the respective service order, within 15 days after the date on which the customer received the corresponding invoice, and shall be made by check or electronic funds transfer to the account specified in the respective service order, or by any other legal form of payment agreed to between the customer and us.
The client is advised to keep at all times a physical and/or electronic copy of the documents provided to Estudio 27 as Estudio 27 will not assume any responsibility for them.
All information, documentation and/or material(s) to be processed by Estudio 27 is owned or controlled by the client. We accept no responsibility for the content or any material supplied. We reserve the right to reject any illegal, inappropriate material, in accordance with regulations and ethics.
All the services provided by Estudio 27 are developed in compliance with all confidentiality guidelines, so the information, documentation and/or material received from the client will not be distributed or made known to third parties other than our subsidiaries or affiliates, unless we receive a court order from a governmental authority that requires us to do so.
