E27 DIGITAL PROPERTIES S.A. de C.V., its affiliated and/or subsidiary companies (jointly “Estudio 27”), with its commercial offices located at Nicolás San Juan No. 948, Interior 501-A, Colonia del Valle,Alcaldía Benito Juárez, C.P. 03100, in Mexico City, is responsible for collecting and using your personal information, which is protected in accordance with the provisions of Mexico’s

Federal Law for the Protection of Data in thePossession of Private Companies or Individuals (hereafter “LFPDPPP”). The personal information you provide us, which we access when you sign in and during your navigation on the online site www.estudio27.com.mx, will be used to identify and verify the user and the electronic distribution of information from Estudio 27 to the user, among other uses.

When you provide us with  your personal information, you expressly accept and acknowledge the content  and scope of this Privacy Notice, which may be modified from time to time  without prior notice, and you consent to allowing Estudio 27 to handle your  personal information in the manner explained in this Privacy Notice.

For the purposes  indicated in this Privacy Notice, we may collect your personal information in  several ways: when you provide it to us directly, when you send it by e-mail,  and when we obtain information through other sources allowed by the law.

The personal information  that we may collect from you includes the contact information of the user of  our digital sites, personal information including full name, age, email  address, telephone number, country of residence, organization or company to  which you belong or with whom you work, predominant economic activity and/or  profession, as well as information of a professional nature or that you are  in possession of for its use and usufruct in order to request the rendering  of services by Estudio 27. This information allows us to better manage our  processes so that we can provide better service to the users of our digital  sites. Likewise, we use the information and data provided by users to design,  execute and control promotional, marketing, communication and sales campaigns  of Estudio 27. Under no circumstances will we share the information and data  provided by the users of our digital site with third parties outside Estudio  27, with the exception of government authorities acting in compliance with  the applicable regulations in force.

Estudio 27 will take the  necessary security measures to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your  personal information in order to prevent its adulteration, loss, research or  unauthorized handling, and to detect diversions, whether intentional or  unintentional, of your personal information. Only strictly authorized  personnel will have access to your personal information, whether they are  workers, employees, directors, managers or legal representatives of Estudio  27 and its affiliated and/or subsidiary companies (“Authorized Personnel”).

ACCO RIGHTS (ACCESS, CORRECTION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION)

The mechanisms that we  have implemented for you to exercise these rights are through the presentation  of a respective request to Estudio 27 Privacy Committee, located at the  Company’s commercial offices at Nicolás San Juan No. 948, Interior 501-A,  Colonia del Valle, Alcaldía Benito Juárez, C.P. 03100, in Mexico City, by  calling the toll number +5255 8421-1347, or by sending an e-mail to contacto@estudio27.com.mx requesting confirmation by telephone that your  request was received in order to ensure that it was correctly sent. Presentation  of your request by any of the aforementioned channels must be made from  Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (UTC -6), and the requirements  indicated in Article 29 of the LFPDPPP must be met. The User will receive a  response from Estudio 27 within 5 (five) business days, which will be  provided in writing.

Additionally, in case the user decides to limit the use, storage and disclosure of his/her information, he/she may do so by filling in the following fields: Full name, E-mail, Request: (600 characters)

REVOCATION OF CONSENT

You may revoke the  consent you have given us to handle your personal information at any time so  that we cease using your personal information. To do this, you must present  your request by any of the channels mentioned in this Privacy Notice to Estudio  27's Privacy Committee. Requests must be accompanied by the information set  forth in the LFPDPPP law and will be responded to within the terms set forth  in article 32 of said law, or, otherwise, within five (5) business days after  formally receiving the user's request through the means set forth in this  section and at Estudio 27's offices.

Transfer of your personal information

Your personal data and  information may be shared with any of the subsidiary and affiliated companies  that operate the different business units of Estudio 27, and/or the providers  or clients with which Estudio 27 has business relationships. In addition, we  may share your information when required by law or public authorities.  Estudio 27 reserves the right to transfer your personal information in the  event that all or part of our business or assets are sold or transferred.  Likewise, you agree that your personal information may be transferred to and  handled by people other than Estudio 27 personnel, inside and outside of  Mexico. If we do not receive your express opposition for your personal  information to be transferred in the manner and pursuant to the terms  described above, it will be understood that you have given your tacit  consent.

Modifications to the Privacy Notice

We reserve the right to make  modifications or to update this Privacy Notice at any time. These  modifications will be published on the website www.estudio27.com.mx

Complaints and Claims

If you consider that your  right to protection of personal information has been harmed by any conduct of  our employees or our activities or responses, or if you consider that in the  handling of your personal information any violation of the provisions established  in the Federal Law for Protection of Data in the Possession of Private  Companies or Individuals and its regulations has occurred, you may file the  corresponding complaint or claim to IFAI. WHAT ARE COOKIES AND HOW ARE THEY USED?

Cookies are small pieces  of information that are sent by the Web site to your browser and stored on  your computer's hard drive and are used to determine your preferences when  you connect to services on our sites, as well as to track certain behaviors  or activities carried out by you within our sites.

In some sections of our  site, we require that the customer has cookies enabled because some of the  features require them to work. Cookies allow us to:

a)recognize you when you enter our sites and offer you a personalized experience. 

b)to know the personal configuration of the site specified by you. For example, cookies allow us to detect the bandwidth you have selected when you enter the home page of our sites, so that we know what kind of information is advisable to download. 

c) calculate the size of our audience and measure some traffic parameters, since each browser that accesses our sites acquires a cookie that is used to determine the frequency of use and the sections of the sites visited, thus reflecting your habits and preferences, information that is useful for us in order to improve the content, headlines and promotions for users.
